Leadership Development
Continuous Business Improvement runs lean leadership programmes world wide. We draw on a rich pool of experience to develop leaders who are able to break down and lead lean initiatives by developing a clear vision and developing strategies that are focused on delivering customer value. In lean organisations leaders recognise that the processes required to listen and deliver to the customers run horizontally across departments and functions. We work with leaders to become systems and process thinkers who can define, sustain and improve the provision of goods and services to the customer.
We do this by first helping the leaders understand Becoming Lean, we then look at leadership style and leadership development to create an achievement environment through 360º feedback and designing customised programmes to meet the clients needs. We also have Frontline Leader programmes where in Australia and New Zealand they could achieve a Certificate 4 or Diploma in Frontline Management.
We are also able to develop the process thinking through the implementation of 20 Keys to Workplace improvement or we can offer Certificate 4 in Competitive Manufacturing or a Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing. We also have unit standards for workplace personnel. The training format is flexible to meet the clients requirements and can be modular or as a complete package. For organisations outside of Australia and New Zealand we can offer these programmes and if deemed competent then we offer a certificate in bronze, silver or gold which shows the persons skills in lean.
We facilitate rapid improvement events where the class room skills are applied in the workplace to bring about continuous improvement. These high impact events deliver measurable improvements that provide a model for others.
We are also executive coaches so we offer a mix of these to meet the customers needs and build the customer focused organisation.
