Continuous Business Improvement is a consultancy that encourages organisations to share and learn from each other regarding best practice. Each year it invites clients and select organisations to an international conference to present case studies and site visits to see how other organisations have met the challenge of implementing their supply chain strategies and learn from their experiences.
